You’re warmly invited to a full-day retreat to release what no longer serves and root deeply into your own vitality. Together we’ll explore art, movement, words, and nourishment, each practice, a gentle path back to your own center.
Our Day Will Flow with:
✨ Art Therapy - express and unlock what’s hidden beneath the surface
✨ Mindful Movement - soften tension and awaken your body’s wisdom
✨ Therapeutic Writing - give voice to the truths ready to be spoken
✨ Visualization Meditation - journey inward to imagine and embody new possibilities
✨ Healthy Cooking Class & Mindful Eating - create and share a nourishing meal
✨ Sharing Circle & Holding Space - witness and be witnessed in community
Please bring a water bottle, yoga mat, blanket, pillow and anything that helps you feel at ease for a day of restoration.
