MOD Pizza will donate 25% of food and beverage sales to Mountainside PACT when you participate on the fundraiser date.

How to participate:
• Dine in or take out and bring the flyer, or
• Order online or through the MOD app and use code MODGIVES25

Valid only at the location listed and on the fundraiser date. Orders placed through the MOD app or website qualify for takeout and delivery (within delivery boundaries).
