Barre3 + Fred Astaire: A Night of Sweat and Salsa

Join us for a special night of sweat and salsa with Barre3 Murrayhill and Fred Astaire Beaverton in Progress Ridge. Barre3 class + Salsa lesson + social hour with new friends.

We will start the night with a Signature 30-minute barre3 Class! Strength, cardio, mindfulness — that’s the foundation of the barre3 signature class. No experience required—our workout is designed for every fitness level, from beginner to expert. Bring your workout buddy, or meet one there. The class will be taught at the spacious Fred Astaire Studio in Progress Ridge.

After the barre3 class the team at Fred Astaire will teach a fun and approachable salsa lesson - no partner needed. The lesson will focus on individual steps! Please stick around for a complimentary glass of wine or sparkling water, and conversation with new friends.

Please bring a yoga mat to class and arrive 10 minutes early. *Optional props: hand weights (2- 8lbs recommended)

Before class, if you have not been to a class with Barre3, please sign our waiver so you don't need to worry about it day of.
