Joint and Bone Educational Classes

The Wellness Center for Bone and Joint Health will have a 4 week series starting Wednesday, January 7th at Noon and continue every Wednesday until February 4th. Each session will have a Wellness Center educator and physical therapist who teaches you safe exercises that you can do at home. Schedule topics for the series will be as follows:
Week 1: Osteoarthritis
Week 2: Osteoporosis
Week 3: Pain Management
Week 4: Fall Prevention
