About the event

Cinnamon and Chai Comfort: A Restorative Practice for Stress
Indulge yourself in this cozy restorative practice designed to soothe and comfort as the weather cools. Inspired by the warm and inviting flavor and aroma of fall, this 90-minute,
all-levels class provides a deeply, relaxing experience, incorporating breathwork, guided meditation and supported floor-based postures to reduce stress and improve circulation. It encourages slowing down and embracing rest and self-care, aligning with the inward-turning energy of the fall season.

This class will end in a luscious cocooned corpse pose with a soothing heated eye mask.
Optional aromatherapy will be provided.
Hot chai tea will be served at the end of class.
