Join us this fall for a very special art exhibit at the Dodge County Center for the Arts. From September 24 through October 31, our galleries will be filled with artwork created by individuals living with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) and dementia, along with pieces made by their caregivers. Every painting, drawing, and creation is a celebration of self-expression, resilience, and joy.
Much of the artwork grew out of wonderful community programs such as SPARK!, Memories in the Making, Memory Cafes, and Virtual Art Cafes. These groups give participants a chance to connect with others, explore their creativity, and share meaningful moments through the power of art.
Special Gatherings:
Artists’ Reception
Sunday, September 28 | 1:00 – 3:00 pm
A heartfelt celebration just for the artists and their families.
Community Reception
Friday, October 3 | 5:00 – 7:00 pm
Everyone is welcome! Come enjoy the exhibit, meet the artists and caregivers, and learn more about the inspiring programs that made this show possible.
We would love for you to be part of this experience—whether you come to a reception or stop by during gallery hours, your presence helps support the artists and shines a light on the healing power of creativity.
