Shibori Folding and Eco Dyeing Workshop (Beaudesert)

Children and Family Workshop (5+ yrs)

Inspired by APT11 artist Dana Awartani, this 2-hour workshop with artist, Therese Flynn-Clarke, invites you to explore geometry and pattern through Shibori folding and dyeing techniques.

​​​​​​​Create a flag or bunting that expresses community and make a solar dyeing jar with plants to take home. ​​​​​

$10 pp; $25 family (3-5 people)
Bookings essential, places limited. ALL participants are to purchase a ticket.
Children under 5 years are welcome and also require a ticket, as they are using the workshop resources. They must be accompanied by a paying parent or carer.

What to bring: participants to wear closed-in shoes, art-making clothes and bring a water bottle, snacks.
