Reiki 1st Degree Course
Each day begins with oracle cards, intention setting, gentle breathwork and sound healing to ground, centre and create a safe, supportive space for your Reiki journey.
During this workshop you will explore:
• What Reiki is and how Universal Life-Force Energy supports balance and wellbeing
• A short history and principles of Reiki
• Energy awareness and how energy moves through the body
• The chakra system and its role in emotional, physical and spiritual balance
• Reiki self-treatment and the importance of self-care
• Hand positions for self-healing
• Grounding, protection and clearing techniques for everyday life
• Developing trust in your intuition and inner guidance
• Reiki Level 1 attunements
• How to gently integrate Reiki into daily life
This course is deeply focused on self-healing, awareness and personal growth. Reiki Level 1 is the foundation of your Reiki journey and supports you in reconnecting with yourself, your energy and your natural healing ability.
No previous experience is needed. This workshop is open to anyone feeling called to slow down, listen inward and embrace the beauty of their Earth Walk.
