Yin Yoga

Hello everyone! My name is Mikaela and I am a new Yoga Instructor at Natural Vibes. I wanted to invite you to my 50 min Yin Yoga Class, Thursdays at 6:30pm.

This class is designed to gently release tension from deep connective tissues and calm the mind. Using longer holds and mindful breathwork, you’ll soften into stillness, create spaciousness in the body, and cultivate deep relaxation. Leave feeling restored, calm, and at ease.
