Sound Bath 5:15-5:45 pm~~~ Yoga 6-7pm

Yoga and Sound Bath Sessions Restore your body, calm your mind, and open your heart. Ginger Hunt is offering two beautiful ways to connect with God's presence.
Gentle Yoga - gentle movement and breathing
Sound Bath Immersion - to reset and restore
Sessions will be in the St. John Fellowship Hall on September 5th,
19th, and 26th.
Join for either section:
Sound Bath from 5:15 - 5:45 PM
Gentle Yoga from 6 - 7 PM
While your first class is free, the suggested donation of $10-15 is greatly appreciated and helps us sustain these offerings and community work. All levels welcome
