Moms group
Step into my zen space and my expanded vessel as I hold space for you. It’s a frequency upgrade an energetic shift back into your heart. We will tap into self in this internal place of resources to the felt seen heard self. It’s a purposeful pause as I lead you. And after we come into this pause into the breathe in this calm space in safety of your felt seen self we tap into the becoming. And after If you’d like choose to share one thing your working on and one thing your celebrating as we offer just space to be heard.
I will aim for this moms group once a week at minimum so you can have this time and space for you.
As a mom it’s the most self sacrificial thing we have done is to be a mom. Whether your in beginning phases or later in life please join in. It’s never too late to tap in into this time space and into the becoming … if we don’t we can lose ourself. We can become disassociated with ourself and lose our sense of self. Come join in and fill your cup back up from all that give as a Mom.
We might start to dance off energy to what feels good for us honoring you where you are at each day. You get to decide
And We will tap into the heart in love and in meditation.
And then we will go into our circle.

$12 pp per session or a monthly membership - min of 4 sessions for $40 pp

We will try for Sunday evenings and get opinions on schedules if we need to. Please let me know what time works for you and I’ll do my best group decision.
