Join us for a sacred space to restore your body, calm your mind, and open your heart. I’m offering two beautiful ways to connect with God’s presence:
✨ Gentle Yoga – Move mindfully, breathe deeply, and experience the union of body, mind, and Spirit.
💫 Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and an open heart.
🙏 All are welcome — whether you’re new to yoga, curious about sound healing, or simply seeking peace.
Suggested donation: $10 - $15 or any amount you feel comfortable offering. Your generosity directly supports the instructor and helps us make yoga accessible to everyone.
