ISKCON of Delaware would like to invite you to our Sunday kirtan, Bhagavad Gita discussion, and vegetarian feast!
Here’s the program details:
Kirtan is a powerful form of group meditation in which we sing ancient Sanskrit mantras with musical accompaniment. No experience is necessary and all are welcome 🎉
Bhagavad Gita is considered the crown jewel of Eastern literature - the summary and conclusion of all the ancient yoga wisdom literatures. Discussing this text is in and of itself a potent spiritual practice.
The vegetarian feast consisting of authentic Indian cuisine will be served after the kirtan.
This is a free program, but donations are welcome - hope to see you Sunday!

11-11:45 - sitting kirtan
11:45-12:30 - Bhagavad Gita discussion 12:30-1:00 - standing kirtan & arati
1-1:15 - closing prayers & announcements 1:15 - feast!
