Join us at Middle Ground for a high-energy, community-powered Saturday morning with the Lioness Performance Run Club!

Lace up your sneakers and hit the pavement for a 2.5km or 5km run along a marked course down the Princes Highway — whether you're running solo or with your besties, it's all about moving together.

Then... we rave. Because honestly, why not? You’re going to be feeling amazing after starting your morning right! Stick around for great tunes, good vibes, and plenty of coffee to keep the energy flowing.

Lioness Performance is a women-focused gym located on Enterprise Avenue in Berwick. Since opening, they’ve launched a free Run Club as part of their mission to build a strong, supportive community around fitness and fun.

Whether you're a seasoned runner or just getting started, everyone’s welcome. Lioness believes in the power of movement and connection — and we’re here to grow stronger, faster, and have a whole lot of fun while doing it.
