Each 55-minute session is self-guided and hosted in our cosy, wood-fired sauna tent. Whether you’re brand new to sauna or already hooked, this is your space to unwind, warm through, and reconnect.

We’re a wild spa that moves and this session is based in our more urban location at Fitworks Beaconsfield, so please note changing space is limited to the shared bathrooms in the building.
