Join Amy C Wilson for a hands-on workshop exploring how to deepen your spiritual connection through sleep, dreamwork, meditation and working with the mind’s eye. Learn practical techniques to:
Access altered states safely (sleep, lucid dreaming, meditation, guided trance)
Build and strengthen your personal “spiritual vehicle” for clearer perception
Practice methods for remote connection and non-physical communication (including ethical approaches to contacting the deceased)
Use demonstrations and guided exercises to develop your own direct experience
Amy will lead demonstrations and provide step-by-step practices you can use at home, emphasizing safety, discernment, and integration. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners who want to refine their inner practice and expand their capacity for remote connection.
Length: 90–120 minutes (lecture + guided practice + Q&A).
Bring: notebook, an open mind, blanket and/or yoga mat and comfortable clothing.
