Let’s dance again. Shake off the season, drop into your body, and come together on the dance floor. Join us for an evening of movement, music, and connection at our upcoming Ecstatic Dance in Beacon, New York.

What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic Dance is a conscious, freeform movement experience that invites you to dance and move freely, without social expectations or the pressure to perform. It offers a supportive space to release tension, explore deeper layers of self expression, and connect with others through the universal language of movement.
