Reiki 1 Shoden Course

Reiki 1 Shoden is a great course to cultivate awareness and clarity. Practicing simple meditation techniques, receive 4 attunements (spiritual blessings), be guided through a full self reiki session and swap a reiki treatment with a partner. There will also be discussion on the precepts of the system and its fascinating history.

This course gives comprehensive information in a beautiful rainforest environment how to start healing yourself. Meet like-minded people and have fun. With practice you can then start to heal others.

Dates: Saturday 13 & Sunday 14 December
Times: 9.45am to 4.30pm
