RAD (Rape Aggression Defense) Course

R.A.D. (Rape Aggression Defense) is a comprehensive self-defense course designed specifically for women. The program focuses on awareness, prevention, risk reduction and hands-on defense training.

This 12-hour course is divided into four 3-hour sessions.

📅 Participants MUST attend all sessions:
Tuesday, Sept. 30 | 6:30–9:30 p.m.
Thursday, Oct. 2 | 6:30–9:30 p.m.
Tuesday, Oct. 7 | 6:30–9:30 p.m.
Thursday, Oct. 9 | 6:30–9:30 p.m.
