Join Hmegrown for an intimate Sunday evening experience designed to soften your body, open your heart, and ground you in community. Move through a slow, nourishing flow accompanied by live saxophone: warm and soulful notes to guide your breath and soothe your mind. After class, linger for light bites, herbal drinks, and connection.
