This all-inclusive event provides an opportunity to explore a variety of sports, recreation activities and leisure options available in Knox for all ages and abilities.

Try out a range of activities including dancing, meditation, pickleball, armchair travel and the Seniors Exercise Park.

The event is indoors, wheelchair/walker friendly, and perfect for a rainy day.

A coffee van will be on site between 1:45-2:45 PM, so grab a free coffee and chat to the stall holders.

Chat to local organisations about the opportunities available in Knox. Come and be part of this fun, inclusive day.
