Join the Nourish Connect Thrive community for a powerful evening of connection and manifestation as we gather beneath the light of the FULL MOON.

What is a Women's Circle?

It's a sacred space created intentionally for women to gather. We sit together in circle to feel seen, heard, held and witnessed on our journeys through life. It is a brave space free from judgement, competition, expectation, pressure or noise. A space void of the demands from the outside world. A space for each of us to go inward, reconnect and return home to our own truth and wisdom.

What to bring:

• Yoga Mat/ Cushion/ Blanket
• Water Bottle
• Journal and Pen
• Personal Item or crystal to energise on the altar if you'd like to!
• Please arrive in time to set yourself up for a 7pm start :-)
