Le temps d'un après-midi, leurs hôtes vous dévoileront leur savoir-faire autour du canard et de l'oie : foie gras mi-cuit, cru ou en conserve, magrets, viande de canard (toute pièce), terrines, pâtés, confits, plats cuisinés et coffrets gourmands.
