Swim - 750m
Run - 3km
Note: Buoy required
Relay Team is allowed

Prizes:

No Cash Prize

Individual will recieved Plaque - Overall champion Male & Female only

For 2nd and 3rd will engraved to medals

All Participants will received Finishers Medal

Relay Team will recieved over all champion Plaque.

Regular Entry fee: 3.5kd
Relay entry fee :6kd
