Labor Day Beach Yoga

Start the holiday morning with a little stretch and refresh time. Join us for an all levels Labor Day Beach Yoga class at the shoreline in Madeira Beach. This one hour class starts at 8am, ahead of the holiday beachgoers and still some time for a few extra winks compared with our weekly Monday morning early class. This still leaves you plenty of time to prepare for gatherings afterward with family and friends.

This class as with all of our yoga classes is beginner focused with instructors offering modifications "up" for those who wish to go deeper in their own postures.

What to bring: a beach towel for your practice and water to stay hydrated. Wear comfy clothes that are temperature appropriate for you.
