• Class Time: 2:00 – 3:00 PM
• Location: Bay Arenac ISD Career Center
• Cost: FREE & open to the public
What’s Happening: October is Cybersecurity Awareness Month! Second-year ISD students will lead a session covering:
o How to spot phishing attempts
o The importance of computer & software updates
o File safety and resources available
o Practical tips you can use right away
...and so much more!
➡️ This is a valuable learning experience and a chance to support these students as they showcase their skills, gain classroom leadership experience, and prepare for future careers.
🎯 Our Goal: Let’s fill the room and show these students their work matters! We’re aiming for at least 50 people, but there’s seating for up to 200 — so the more the merrier.
There will be a Q&A session with students, instructors, and local IT Business Owner to help answer questions.
