*4D3N Mount Kinabalu Expedition 2025*
*Date : 21-24 Aug 2025*
Mount Kinabalu ~ 4,095 m (13,438 ft) is a prominent mountain on the island of Borneo in Southeast Asia.
Itinery :
Day 1 - 21/8
• Morning Flight to KK
- Pick up at airport &
- BF in KK town & buy mandatory
- proceed to check in Kundasan, free at leisure …
Day 2 - 22/8
- 0730 : Breakfast & collect pack lunch
- 0830 : proceed to Park Headquarters for Mountain Climbing registration. Equipment check,gear up then proceed for a short transfer to the start of the summit trail at the Timpohon Gate.( Climb will be accompanied by local mountain guide ).
- 0930 : start hike & trek up to the mountain rest house enjoy the wonderful scenery along the way while looking out for pitcher, plants.orchids and travel through he misty clouded forest,steep and rocky tracks of the mountain inyour conquest of the mountain.
- 1330 : Laban Rata Rest house, check in , leisure , free & easy
- 1730 : buffet dinner will serve at rest house restaurant. (Note: Rest house Restaurant closed at 7pm)
- Early rest & not over enjoy to avoid altitude sickness
Day 3 - 23/8
- 0200 : Supper before proceed for Summit push.
- 0230 : Start Mount Kinabalu Summit Push
- 0515 : Sayat-Sayat check point (You MUST pass through here the last cp before 5:30am(COT) then only permitted to continue the summit push, else you’ll have to u - turn and descend back to rest house)
- 0600 : Mount Kinabalu Peak at 4095m ! Congratulations 👏🏼👏🏼
- 0700 : start descend with caution back to the rest house
- 0900 : rest house, breakfast
- 1000 : start descending to Timpohon Gate
- 1400 : Timpohon Gate, van transfer to Park Office.
- 1415 : Park office, & go Hi-Tea while wait for transport back to Kundasan Homestay / KK Town Hotel
Day 4 - 24/8

Important notes :
* No.1 -Its is best recommended that climbers to go through medical check-up before attempting any mountain climbing.If you have a story of following ailments,it is high recommended that you should refrain from climbing: hypertension,Diabetes,Palpitation,Arthritis,Heart Disease,Severe Anemia,Peptic Ulcers,Epileptic Fits,Obesity,(overweight),Chronic Asthma,Muscular Cramp, Hepatitis (Jaundice);or any other disease,which may hamper the climber.
* No.2 - For your information,we are strictly not recommended our participants climbers transfer back to Kota Kinabalu Airport on the same day once they descend from Mount Kinabalu as to avoid any unforeseen circumstances.
