Yoga under the Trees at Leila Arboretum

Primary Yoga

Improve your balance, flexibility and strengthen your core with 45 minutes of gentle yoga flow. Includes seated, standing and relaxation postures that can be modified to your needs.

Join us under the trees next to the Fragrant Hill Pavilion this Fall. Classes weekly on Tuesday Nights at 6pm.

Our Drop-In rates is reduced to $5 this session to welcome our new instructor, Sheila!

Bring water and a Yoga Mat. Class will take place entirely outdoors.
