Chronic stress can keep our bodies stuck in fight-or-flight mode, making it harder to rest, recover, and truly feel at ease. Yoga Nidra is a deeply calming practice designed to help you reset your nervous system and return to balance.
This session is one of the many practices we offer at Happy Heart Yoga Studio to nourish and support the parasympathetic nervous system, your body’s natural “rest and restore” state.
During this 60-minute class, you’ll experience gentle movement, guided meditation, and deep rest—no yoga experience needed. Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and at peace.
