A Tapping + Restorative Workshop
Join us for the first in a new monthly Tapping + Restorative Series at Happy Heart Yoga Studio. In this session, you’ll learn how EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) — also known as tapping — can calm the nervous system, release stress, and restore balance.
Each workshop includes gentle education on EFT, guided tapping related to the theme, restorative postures, and deep relaxation for mind and body.
