Saturday Science, September 6th: Using Virtual Reality to Treat ADHD without Medicine

Abstract: Virtual Reality (VR) can be quite isolating, blocking out the sights and sounds of the real world. However, this isolation is not always a bad thing; what if you just need some peace and quiet? Leveraging VR’s ability to isolate users, we have created an app that helps students with ADHD focus on their schoolwork. Come learn about the state-of-the-art in VR and try out our app for yourself.
