POPIn Pilates

Join Lori Halverson for a fun, unique, total-body workout that is designed for everyBODY!
Lori is certified in an exciting type of Pilates called POP Pilates, which she has been teaching since June 2020. Pop Pilates is a combination of total body Pilates exercises with the attitude of choreographed dance and the energy of music.
Every exercise can be modified to fit the needs of any class participant, regardless of experience or fitness level. After a Pop Pilates class, you will leave feeling energized and happy.
