Full Body Nervous System Alignment - Integrating 14 Key Areas of the Body
This is a 2 part series; part 1 is 20 FEB from 11a to 1p, then part 2 is 27 FEB from 11:30a to 1p.

This is a guided, full-body experience designed to support nervous system regulation, grounding, and internal balance.

Through gentle awareness and breath, we move through 14 key areas of the body that act as communication hubs for the nervous system. These areas help the body process stress, release stored tension, and reconnect where things may feel disconnected or overloaded.

Rather than forcing change, this alignment allows the body to naturally recalibrate, supporting a shift out of fight-or-flight and into a calmer, more regulated state.

Many people experience a sense of deep relaxation, clarity, emotional release, and feeling more present and connected within their body.

No prior experience is needed. The body leads the process at its own pace.
