These energy centers in your body connect you to the physical and spiritual world around you. In an unseen way, you communicate through these Chakras.
Join us for this 8-week program to experience the Chakras yourself, with 8 guided meditations and other practices on each of the 7 main Chakras plus the Aura.
We'll cover the foundational ideas on Chakras and the Aura, how the body reacts, what Chakra balancing means, and why it is important to pay attention to our Chakras to counter illness.
Each Chakra teaches us a different “view of the world” - what an amazing and interesting path to explore.
