Session will take place on the path at the Sportsground.
Details of the session are:
Tempo / Taper Session
WU/CD: 13 minute easy running + drills.
Session:
• 10 min 75% tempo effort
2min active recovery
• 7.5 min 75% tempo effort
2min active recovery
No Taper Extra -
• 5min 75% tempo effort
PURPOSE: Tempo is controlled and aims to improve aerobic capacity through working towards the high end of the aerobic system for longer duration. This session is split to help with resetting and getting consistency through the reps.
Location - Lions Berry Park, Lions Club Drive Rd, Bathurst.
Cost- $10 for casual runners $5 for RUN RIOT clients and under 16's.
Come along and see what you can do in a supportive and diverse group of runners, it is great chance to test yourself in a non-competitive environment. For those interested in more focused training over the cooler months I will have a weekly program available for $15 PW.
