Interval Session
WU/CD: 13 minute easy running + drills.
Session:
• 500m 85% threshold effort 1 - 2min 50% standing active recovery effort.
• 200m 85% threshold effort 200m 55% jog recovery effort
Repeat 4 - 8
PURPOSE: Short and long interval reps aiming to develop speed, control and mental execution. The goal is a slight pick up of pace on the shorter rep while maintaining consistency throughout.
Location - Lions Berry Park, Lions Club Drive, Bathurst.
Cost- $10 for casual runners $5 for RUN RIOT clients and under 16's.
Come along and see what you can do in a supportive and diverse group of runners, it is great chance to test yourself in a non-competitive environment. For those interested in more focused training over the cooler months I will have a weekly program available for $15 PW.
