As we age, we tend to adopt habits and tension that get in the way of that free and easy movement we were born with.

Step out of your busy life for the day for an immersive workshop designed to awaken your ability to move well.

Using the principles of the Alexander Technique, we will explore how to use less effort in standing, sitting, walking and any other movement you are interested in –reaching that top shelf, going up and down stairs, working at your computer for long periods of time - anything in your everyday life you would like to do with more ease.

This class is interactive and fun, allowing the body's innate ability to move to emerge.
