The art of sound healing initiates the bodies own eternal wisdom and ability to manifest health. As the vibrations of a soundbath, guided by sacred voice and other instruments, woven into a supportive meditative journey, our bodies innate abilities come online.
Our subconscious mind is accessed and stuck patterns or emotional blockages can be released, allowing deep relaxation, euphoria, visions, inights and more.
Attendees and studies testify numerous health benefits, with alleviation of chronic pain, visions of ancestors and passed loved ones, catharsis and emotional release, the benefits are endless, the time is now, if you feel called to deepen this event is for you.
Bring a blanket if possible as the studio sometimes cools down with the heaters being off after the session length, and if anyone is too cold, we can easily turn them on.
All of you is welcome and no prior experience is necessary,
simply come as you are with an open mind and heart.
Look forward to holding space and ceremony with you.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and eye mask, water bottle, journal, pillow, if you feel it will help you deepen into the experience.
