Purbeck Runners Beginners Running Course

Purbeck Runners are hosting a 10 week beginners course for non runners to take you to 5km.
As long as you’re fit enough to walk briskly and have no medical reason to prevent you from running this course is for you.
For just £40, you will have 10 weeks of training from a UK athletics qualified running coach and full club membership for a year.
Once you finish we plan to form a group within the club especially for our new recruits so that you can continue to run together and develop as a group.
