Pole Level 1-8 week series

Registration Opens on May 23rd at 9 am.

Pole Level One Series starts this Summer!

This series builds on pole foundations and introduces basic spins, transitions, and an introduction to inversions—all while continuing to focus on strength, conditioning, and mobility.

You can take Pole Foundations and level one at the same time and is encouraged. This is a series and is not included in class passes or drop ins. There are 8 spots available, 2 people per pole.
