Maud Fierobe will share her story and her tips on how to choose and drink a Champagneat his best! We will taste up to 3 Champagnes from her domain!

• Her talk starts at 18:45 pm and it will last an hour.
• Maud will be passing by every table after the tastings and talk to you personally .
• All our bistro will be booked for this event, we have the evening to enjoy delicious food and Champagne and great company in a special and priviledge atmophere. We can manage late arrival, not a problem! And we make sure you'll catch up all the introduction.

Maud Fierobe's Story

Passionate about wines, but above all Champagne, Maud started her career in the wine industry in 2008 by selecting unique & premium wines for the UK Market.

Over past 15 years, she also has been very active in presenting wines at international trade shows, organising wine tastings & opening a mini chain of delightful French Bistro called Champagne+Fromage, around London and the UK. In January 2023, she has received the tittle of Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Merite Agricole bestowed by the French Republic for outstanding contributions to agriculture.

Who we are

The brainchild of entrepreneurial husband and wife team, Stefano and Maud, and together with Frank Leblais, Champagne + Fromage is an artisan bistro and deli is secreted away on Wellington Street and Gallic at its most gorgeous: displays of Champagne, cheese and charcuterie make for quite the chic centrepiece, whilst mismatched furniture and reclaimed materials complete the picture.
