Jim Blackmann is a writer and musician. He grew up in Canada before moving to the north of England. After a period of travelling, he settled in Bath. He began writing novels, essays and poetry before finally turning to songwriting. His ‘heartfelt’ musical style reflects the influence of the Canadian songwriters Leonard Cohen and Joni Mitchell.

Jed Martin (aka poundshoppoet) is a folk singer and songwriter who first honed his craft on the London folk club circuit before earning a living performing in town squares across the UK. Expect poignant traditional ballads, toe-tapping country classics and pretty self-penned melodies.
