Founder Roundtable: Mapping Out Your Sales Landscape

For many founders, the idea of sales can feel uncomfortable. It often feels like something other people are good at, or something to deal with later once the product is “ready.” But in reality, sales is about understanding your customers and finding the right way to connect with them.

On Thursday 23rd October, 11:00–12:00, we are bringing SETsquared Bath members together for a roundtable designed to make sales feel more approachable.

This is your space to share the challenges and questions you have around sales, and to explore them with fellow founders, two experienced sales practitioners and our Entrepreneurs in Residence.

The discussion will be led by what you bring, but together we could explore:

• How to start mapping your stakeholders, customers and wider relationships

• The role CRMs and data can play in helping you stay organised and spot opportunities

• Practical first steps that make sales feel more manageable

• The impact that getting these elements in place can have on the growth of an ambitious company

The aim is for you to leave with more clarity, a set of practical ideas you can start testing, and a better sense of what sales means for your business at this stage.
