Sparring Class

Saturday 10-12 noon is not regular class - IT'S SPARRING CLASS!
If you have not sparred before, DON'T MISS THIS OPPORTUNITY!

It is preferred to arrive and dress out (put on pads) before start time.

Bring pads if you have them; chest / helmet availability is limited to borrow! <fcfs first="" come="" served="">

*we do NOT carry arm/shin pads to be borrowed - these need laundered frequently*

*MOUTH PIECE = REQUIRED (we have beginner quality mouth guards for $2 - now in stock!).

**GROIN PROTECTION = REQUIRED (for males)
