Change Your Thinking, Change Your Life – Live Event

We understand that circumstances can change. Please read the following refund policy carefully before purchasing your ticket.

Ticket Purchases

All tickets for Change Your Thinking, Change Your Life are subject to the refund terms outlined below.

Refunds

• Refunds are available up to 14 days before the event date.
• Requests must be submitted in writing via email.
• No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the event, including for:
• Change of mind
• Scheduling conflicts
• Travel or accommodation issues
• Illness or personal circumstances

This is because event costs, venue commitments, and preparation are locked in close to the event date.

Ticket Transfers

• Tickets may be transferred to another person at no additional cost, provided we are notified at least 48 hours before the event.
• Please email us with the original purchaser’s name and the replacement attendee’s details.

Event Changes or Cancellation

• If the event is cancelled by the organiser, you will be offered:
• A full refund or
• The option to transfer your ticket to a rescheduled date or another equivalent event.
• If the event is rescheduled and you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a refund.

Failure to Attend

• No refunds or credits will be provided for non-attendance on the day of the event.
