PARKING: There is ample parking outside the venue. Please allow time to find a park and walk to the venue for the event start time.
WHAT TO BRING: Please bring whatever you need to feel comfortable lying down. For example: yoga mat, cushions, blanket, water bottle, and we recommend wearing loose comfortable clothing. Your body temperature will drop during the session, so it's great to bring a blanket or a light shawl.
