With a focus on connecting the body, breath, and mind, Tricia will guide you through a practice that promotes emotional well-being and mental clarity. Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, grief, or simply seeking a moment of peace, this practice provides a safe and supportive space to reconnect with yourself.
Each session begins with grounding breathwork and intention-setting, followed by slow, intentional movement to release tension and encourage relaxation. We close with guided meditation, offering space for reflection, self-awareness, and inner calm.
No prior yoga experience is needed—this class is open to all levels, with modifications provided to meet you where you are. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, more centered, and deeply nourished.
