When Holding Everything Stops Working
A One-Day Workshop for People Who Carry Too Much
Saturday, February 28
Cost: $175
Some people become the ones who hold everything together.
Not because they planned to.
Because someone had to.
They’re capable, dependable, emotionally aware.
They step in before being asked.
They smooth things over.
They carry responsibility quietly; and often alone.
This workshop is for people who are beginning to feel the cost of that role.
Not because they’re failing.
But because the way they’ve been holding no longer fits who they’re becoming.
What This Day Is About
At a certain point, holding everything stops working.
The body pushes back.
Resentment sneaks in.
Fatigue lingers even after rest.
Saying “yes” no longer feels clean.
This workshop is a day to slow down and tell the truth about over-responsibility; how it forms, how it lives in the body, and what happens when we stop automatically stepping in.
This is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about seeing clearly what you’ve been carrying, and what no longer belongs to you.
What We’ll Explore Together
How people become “the one who holds”
When responsibility quietly becomes identity
How over-holding shows up in the body
Why stopping can feel like betrayal; even when it’s necessary
What happens when you don’t immediately fill the gap
This is a grounded, relational day.
No performance. No pressure to share. No promises of transformation.
How the Day Will Feel
Spacious
Honest
Quietly relieving
Non-performative
Human
You won’t be asked to push, open, or resolve anything.
You’ll be invited to notice, reflect, and rest.
Closing Sound Bath
The day ends with a long, restorative sound bath to support integration and rest.
This is a time to lie down, stop tracking others, and let the nervous system settle—without processing, effort, or participation.
No one needs anything from you here.
