Course 2 - Double Bladed Axe Man DIPA 10.8%

‘Pineapple on Pizza Sausage Sammy’ - House made Italian sausage studded with dried pineapple and mozzarella, served on a hoagie bun with pizza sauce and fennel relish

Course 3 - 2023 Cocoa Nitro Darkness 12%

Coffee crusted tri-tip medallions served over chipotle mashed potatoes and drizzled with cherry demi-glace and arugula citronette salad
