We are located on the backside of Waterstreet Studios building. To park, drive past the new Warehouse 55 on 1st Street. You'll see a drive on your right. We're about halfway down the parking lot. Go up the outdoor staircase. Come early or stay after for a mocktail and some conversation.

Let the soothing tones of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls wash over you in this deeply restorative sound bath. Through vibration and frequency, your body and mind are guided into a meditative state where stress softens and inner harmony returns. It has been proven that deep vibrations at specific frequencies help you relax, reduce stress, release toxins, relieve physical pains and improve cognition and inner peace.

Yolanda Lozano has been a pioneer of sound healing and has been working with vibrational sound and therapeutic energy for over two decades. She will briefly explain the process before she begins. Her sessions support transformation from the inside out—offering practical tools to live in the present moment and to release the past with compassion and love.

This experience is open to all. Yoga mats and other props will be provided, but feel free to bring other cozy comforts . Then simply lie back, listen, and allow the sound to do the work.
